As a tenant, that wouldn't bother me in the slightest. In fact, if be happy that you told me how to get better water pressure! We live in an old fibro, and while we're not rural, we do have crappy water pressure and the house has it's little quirks that we have to live with, but I would never complain about them. I'm always really super wary of complaining/making requests to my real estate in case they/the landlords choose not to renew our lease.
